SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy

ListingNest AI is a marketing platform used by licensed real estate professionals. SMS messages are only sent to people who have given express written consent. This page documents exactly how that consent is collected, what recipients receive, and how they can opt out.

How recipients opt in

Consent is collected through a web form: the digital check-in form on an open house's public page. When a visitor attends an open house, they scan a QR code (or use a tablet at the door) and complete a short check-in form. The form contains a dedicated, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox with the following language:

"I agree to receive text messages about this property and similar homes. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

Checking this box is optional and is not required to check in, attend the open house, or receive any service. Visitors who leave the box unchecked are never sent SMS messages.

What we record

When the box is checked, ListingNest AI stores a consent record containing the consent text shown, the source form, a timestamp, and the visitor's IP address and browser user agent. Consent records are retained and auditable. Messages are only dispatched after this record is verified — consent is checked both when a message is scheduled and again at the moment of sending.

Replies from their real estate agent

Message frequency varies by activity. Message and data rates may apply.

How recipients opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. Opt-outs are processed automatically: the recipient's SMS consent is revoked, an opt-out record is created, and no further SMS messages are sent. Reply START to re-subscribe, or HELP for assistance. Recipients can also contact their agent or privacy@listingnestai.com to opt out.

Privacy
