- 2Enter a location: “City, ST”, a ZIP code, or a full address.
- 3Filter by market status (for sale now, or recently off market), property type, price range, and minimum bedrooms.
- 4Each search uses one property-data credit and returns up to 200 results.
Who you can prospect — and who you can't
Properties actively listed with a brokerage are shown for market research only. Soliciting a seller under an active exclusive agreement violates REALTOR® ethics rules, so the app blocks saving them as seller leads — this is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
Two groups are fair game: possible FSBO properties (no listing agent, office, or MLS number attached — the app labels these “Possible FSBO”) and recently off-market properties, whose listing agreements have ended. These are the classic expired-listing and for-sale-by-owner prospecting targets.
Save a seller lead
- 1On an eligible property, click “Save as seller lead”.
- 2Optionally include owner information from public records — the owner's name and mailing address (+1 credit).
- 3A contact and a Seller lead are created with the full property snapshot in the activity log, assigned to you.
Public records include the owner's mailing address but never a phone or email — direct mail is how agents reach these owners.
