Add a listing

1. 1Go to Listings → Add listing.
2. 2Start typing the street address — pick a suggestion from the Google-powered autocomplete and the city, state, ZIP, and map coordinates fill in automatically.
3. 3Click “Autofill from public records” to pull bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, year built, property type, and key features from county records.
4. 4Set your price and listing status, review everything, and save.

Autofill only fills fields you left empty — it never overwrites what you typed.

Photos and media

Open a listing and use the Photos & media tab to upload images. Files are stored securely and used across your marketing assets and open-house pages.

The listing map

Every listing with an address shows an embedded map on its Overview tab, and the same map appears on the public open-house check-in page so visitors can find the property.

Statuses

Listings move through Draft, Active, Pending, Sold, and Archived. Your plan's active-listing limit counts Draft, Active, and Pending listings.
