Generate a kit

The Compliance Guard

Every AI-generated asset passes through the Compliance Guard before it can be marked ready. It checks for fair-housing risks (protected-class or steering language), misleading claims, unverified neighborhood statements, fake urgency, and missing disclaimers.

Assets are graded Low, Medium, High, or Blocked. Blocked content cannot be approved — you must edit it first. This protects your license, not just the platform.

Editing and approving

Open any asset to see the generated copy alongside its compliance result. Edit freely, then mark it Ready or Approved. The final text is always yours — AI output is a draft that a licensed professional should review before publication.

AI credits

Each generation uses AI credits from your monthly plan allowance. Compliance checks don't consume credits. Track usage on the Billing page.
