Getting Started
Create your account, set up your workspace, and take your first steps.
Create your account and workspace
- 1Sign up with your email and a password (or Google, if enabled).
- 2Complete onboarding: your agent profile (name, phone, license number, brokerage) and your brand profile (brand name, colors, tone, disclaimer).
- 3Your workspace is created automatically — it holds all your listings, leads, contacts, and generated content.
Your brand profile matters: the AI uses your tone and disclaimer in every piece of content it writes.
Understand the dashboard
The dashboard is your daily command center. It shows active listings, new leads from the last 30 days, hot leads to call, upcoming open houses, next actions, and recent activity — all real numbers from your own account, never sample data.
New workspaces start empty on purpose. The setup checklist walks you through adding your first listing, scheduling your first open house, and connecting email and SMS providers.
The three engines
ListingNest AI is organized around three engines. The Listing Engine turns property details into complete marketing kits. The Lead Engine captures open-house visitors with QR check-ins, scores them, and automates follow-up. The Reputation Engine requests reviews after closings, drafts responses, and generates referral campaigns.
Roles and teams
Workspaces support five roles: Owner, Admin, Agent, Assistant, and Viewer. Owners control billing; Admins manage the team and settings; Agents work listings and leads; Assistants can manage content but not billing; Viewers have read-only access.
