Contacts

Contacts are the people behind your leads: prospects, clients, past clients, and vendors. Each contact stores email, phone, address, notes, birthday, and home anniversary — the anniversary powers past-client nurture campaigns.

Contacts are created automatically by check-ins and prospecting, or manually. A contact can have multiple leads over time — the same person can be a buyer today and a seller in five years.

Invite your team

  1. 1Go to Settings → Team and send an invitation by email.
  2. 2Pick a role: Admin, Agent, Assistant, or Viewer.
  3. 3The invitee accepts the emailed link and joins your workspace. Seats count against your plan limit, including pending invitations.

What each role can do

Owners control everything including billing. Admins manage team, settings, and branding. Agents run listings, leads, and automations. Assistants manage listings, open houses, contacts, and content, but not billing. Viewers see everything, change nothing.

Billing access can also be granted per member without changing their role.
