The plans

Starter ($29/month) suits solo agents getting going: 5 active listings and a monthly AI-credit allowance. Pro ($79/month) unlocks unlimited listings, open-house QR forms, lead capture, follow-up sequences, and hot-lead scoring. Team ($199/month) adds multiple agents, shared campaigns, and team analytics. Brokerage plans are custom.

Every paid plan is also available yearly with 2 months free: Starter $290/year, Pro $790/year, Team $1,990/year. Switch between monthly and yearly billing on the Billing page.

Subscribe and manage

1. 1Open Billing and choose a plan — checkout runs through PayPal.
2. 2Your subscription status, next billing date, and usage meters all live on the Billing page.
3. 3Cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

How limits work

Limits are enforced in real time: active-listing caps count Draft, Active, and Pending listings; AI credits reset monthly; team seats include pending invitations. When you hit a limit the app tells you exactly which one and how to upgrade.

New workspaces start with Starter limits free of charge, so you can try the core workflow before subscribing.
